This Privacy Policy describes how AZ5, LLC ("AZ5," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the AZ5 Leados follow-up automation service ("AZ5 Leados" or the "Service"), collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our website at https://az5leados.com and the Service. AZ5, LLC is the data controller for personal information collected through the Service.

1. Information we collect

AZ5, LLC collects information in three ways:

Information you give us

• Identity information: name, email address, mobile phone number
• Business information: brokerage name, role, license state
• Account information: username, password (encrypted)
• Billing information: payment card details (processed by our payment processor — AZ5, LLC does not store full card numbers)
• Communications: information you provide when you contact support, request a demo, or fill out a form
• Contact data you import: lead and contact information you upload or sync into your AZ5 Leados account

Information we collect automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies section)

Information from third parties

• CRM integrations you connect (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, etc.)
• Analytics and fraud-prevention providers

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the AZ5 Leados Service
• To process transactions and send billing-related communications
• To send service-related text messages (see SMS policy below)
• To respond to your support requests and inquiries
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

3. SMS / text messaging policy

AZ5, LLC, operating the AZ5 Leados service, uses SMS to communicate with customers who have explicitly opted in to receive text messages. By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (e.g., checking the SMS consent box on our demo or signup form), you agree to receive the following types of messages from AZ5, LLC at the phone number you provided:

• Account notifications (verification codes, login alerts, password resets)
• Service-related notifications (demo scheduling, billing reminders, support replies, product updates)
• Lead-activity alerts for your account (only if you have enabled them)

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most users receive between 2 and 8 messages per month.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. AZ5, LLC does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out: You may opt out of AZ5 SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers: Major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS consent is not transferred: AZ5, LLC does not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent to any third party, affiliate, or partner for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS consent applies only to messages sent by AZ5, LLC.

Customers using AZ5 Leados to send messages: If you are a home service contractor or other user who uses the AZ5 Leados Service to send messages to your own customers, leads, or contacts, you are the sender of those messages and are responsible for obtaining valid prior express consent from each recipient before sending. AZ5, LLC provides tools to capture and document consent, but compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, A2P 10DLC rules, and any applicable state laws is your responsibility as the message sender.

4. How we share information

AZ5, LLC shares personal information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: With vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, messaging infrastructure, analytics). These vendors are bound by confidentiality and may use the information only to perform services for AZ5, LLC.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government request, or to enforce our Terms of Service.
• Business transfers: If AZ5, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred — we will notify you before that happens.
• With your consent: Any other sharing only with your explicit consent.

AZ5, LLC does not sell your personal information. We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Do not sell or share my personal information

AZ5, LLC does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or similar state laws. 6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling some cookies may affect Service functionality.

7. Data security

AZ5, LLC uses industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where applicable, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Your rights below).

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your personal information
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

10. Children's privacy

AZ5 Leados is not directed to children under 18, and AZ5, LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

AZ5, LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Service before they take effect.
